Hello!
ive had my Fitbit for a few months now and love it. I've recently been pretty poorly so trying to get fit and healthy. I've put on a lot of weight through medication and feel like I'm battling against the tide at the moment. Maybe getting some motivation and guidence from here will help.

Welcome! I'm relatively new myself. For me - accountability is key - If I didn't have somewhere I was going to post my steps, or someone who would check on me each week, then it would fall away. If you can I'd set something up.

Hi Bee, I'm beginning again in my journey towards better health habits. Even though losing weight is my top priority right now, I am convinced that, for me, life style changes (exercising, eating habits, stressors, etc) are the only ways I'm going to achieve and maintain successful weight loss. Seems like I get on a roll and do really well for several weeks and then, I get a set back and slide into old habits again. I'm hoping that joining this community support system will help me to be accountable and pick myself up on those slide days. Best of luck to you!

Hi!
I'm brand new here too. Just got an Alta almost 2 weeks ago. I need to lose 40lbs and have been trying to get over knee surgery for quite awhile now. I gained 10 lbs over the past 6mo due to my knee, and am so deconditioned. I love being able to track my progress and the reminders to move every hour (desk job). Would love to have some friends who are just starting out too.
