hi! feel free to add me. I am also new to the fit bit world (yesterday) i already made a challenge so today i spend most of the day walking which i was super proud of ( I usually watch youtube on the weekends) so lets keep each other motivated! ( I have about 40 kgs to loose)
I am a newbie, just set my Flex up yesterday. I have battled my weight for over 20 years, and truth be told, lost the same 20-30 lbs over and over. I know how vital peer support is. I will be here with you and welcome all the support i can get too! Good luck.

Hi All:
Looking forward to this journey - just got my Fitbit this week & I am impressed! I'm also shocked at how little i was moving on a daily basis, being at a desk job. But I'm determined to turn that around!
Hi Welcome!! this is officailly my first day... I just recieved my fitbit for my Birthday!!! Woo Hoo!! now its time to jump on the bandwagon... hehehe... Hope everyone is doing great with your fitbit progress and keep it up!!!
I have the HR Charge and I'm a "Fitbitter" for approximately 3 weeks now. I'm also a "weight watcher" I will be there to encorage anyone who needs it. I don't have lots of weight to lose. Lost 40 and have maintained for almost two years.....but the maintenance is just as difficult as the journey if not more difficult. I too need encouragement. I'm 56 and a "gym rat" and that really keeps me going. I constantly chanllenge myself and have a "gym buddy" for support. So any help or suppport I can give anyone, and I'm open to all ideas and suggestions.
Best AnswerHi there i just started with fitbit on the weekend. I need to loose 55 pounds and would like some challenges out there and also to make some fitbit community friends... I increased my steps over last 4 days and now have got up to 8500 by sunday i must meet the 10,000. I have no idea how to use the calories consumed vs calories burned. if i followed this i would be starving to death in order to loose weight. does your calories fo down as your steps increase?
i too could use some motivation. I was small my entire life and genetically my family are all tiny BUT im now 55 pounds over weight and my body is in pain daily trying to carry it. looking for some challenges to keep me motivated 🙂
