Perimenopause

I'm a 41 year old woman experiencing perimenopause.  I'm looking for other women who are experiencing perimenopause as well so we can help support eachother through this roller coaster ride.

I've got the Menopace supplement, but only had the one so far. Which
herbal supplement have you found to be good?

Magnesium, ashwaghanda, and evening primrose oil. If you have panic
attacks, racing heart, or anxiety lemon balm and passionflower help.

Yes I had been hearing voices with my perimenopause. I started eating veggies in the morning and lunch. Helped so much. Right now I am hearing voices a little, but it’s not as bad.
Don’t eat low carb. Just eat your starches. Make sure that you get some potatoes and some bread in your day. That helped me too.

I am feeling MUCH better. I didn’t think I ever would. Still having
irregular menstrual periods but that comes with the territory. Still using
ashwaghanda as needed for stress relief. I take ginko biloba and ginseng
because I can’t remember crap but that’s about it.

My symptoms have changed and got somewhat better. My periods are shorter
and each month it comes earlier and earlier. Before I use to get fatigue
and light headed/dizzy now I get this way before and during ovulation. I
still get tired /fatigue in the mornings. It lasts for 2 hours. Everyday I
do yoga, strength training three times a week. I don't have the strength
/energy to work out an hour like I use to. So I split it. I do yoga in the
morning and strength training in the afternoon and walk. Between that and
eating plant base foods, celery juice every morning plus green and black
tea. I believe it has helped rid how bad my symptoms were few months ago.
Plus every night I apply frankincense and myth oil on me along with a
prayer 🙏.

A veggie smoothie helps. I make mine with cabbage and broccoli and a little tomato juice each morning. Has helped me so much.

Sounds good! I can really tell a difference when I avoid sugar and I also
don't have caffeine anymore. I do drink green tea with very little caffeine
and that helps also.

Hello.

I am 49 and also having issues.  It has been a roller coaster for sure.  Would love some advice as well.  I finally got the hot flashes and night sweats under control but the belly and weight loss is my next issue...:(

I personally just felt like I was losing my mind. I would have hot flashes, was pouring sweat like a teenage boy, and the anxiety and depression were out of the blue and horrible. I found a doctor called Dr. Frye. He is out of Oklahoma but happen to be in my area and help me immensely with the herbs. He said Chase berry is the trick and making sure you’re super hydrated.

I have been going through perimenopause for about 2 years and it's so hard. Horrible anxiety and some depression. Just in a fog; not feeling like myself. You're not alone!

I feel a lot better physically, the fatigue, weakness, insomnia etc have just about gone away, and I haven´t had a panic attack in close to a year now (knock on wood).

I too been feeling insecure sometimes. Now jealous, I think I've always
felt that way at times. Now that all those bad symptoms like panic
attacks, weakness etc has gone away. Thank the good Lord. I have noticed
that I am feeling like a teenager going through puberty where your hormones
are raging. I have been feeling more in the mood for love then I ever had
in my 20's & 30's. I wonder if anyone else has felt this too. Is crazy how
we went through hormones changes growing up and feels like we are going
through it again with this premenopausal.
