Kind of annoyed this week. Basically no loss and I have worked my butt off and eaten clean and light. I know all of the water weight/muscle growth stuff but I am used to seeing significant weekly losses. I know this happens to everyone but I'm not happy about it 🙂 Cheers, maybe next week...
I can remember that frustration quite well. I had a mini goal of 200 and it seems like I stayed at 204-205 for a month. Then in a span of another 4 weeks I was down to 195. Kind of in another plateau now with a mini goal of 185, I was down to 184.5 3 weeks ago, but since have fluctuated as high as 188.2 and as low as 186.6. Only thing you can do is keep doing the same thing that's been working all along. Maybe re-evaluate your macros based on your new weight but that should only be a slight tweak if anything.

So I have to weigh in again because I just made it to my goal and below 200 lbs for the first time in over 20 years and this is the best way I can think of to celebrate without eating a cake...
Fantastic news. Congratulations.
Stayed the same this week. To be expected though as I had a bit of a slack week 🙂

After a few weeks straight of gaining, I have 2 solid weeks in a row of losing. Half a pound from my lowest weigh in which was 184.5 around the beginning of this month.
We have the same goal 🙂 but at the rate you're losing, you may beat me to it. I was hoping to be at 180 by the end of February, but that didn't happen, so maybe by the end of this month.
Morning All.
Very pleased to report that I have hit my first mini goal. I am under 120kg. To date I have lost 6kg which is almost a stone.

Highest weigh in for the last 2 weeks was 185.2, lowest 184.1. Slow and steady, but at this point, I'll take what I can get 🙂 In the last month I'm really starting to see some muscle definition and veins that were definitely not there before.

Not much Loss this week... I'm pretty sure I am aware what caused it. (1) Friday was a business "team" Meeting, which provided Pizza... I ate small portion and put in extra steps for it, but bad food is bad food.
(2) Sunday Food (Fried Catfish which I Love!) got me again with a Family get together.
Back on track and knew the errors while I was Making them... but again Bad Food is Bad Food and our weight loss is going to be Won or Lost in the "Kitchen"!
Praying everyone is going strong!

@whitesox I think we're both slowing down as we approach a healthy weight. I know it's tough to see it slow down but it is rewarding to know I now have a few lbs to lose, not 25% of my body weight. If the next 15 or 20 take two or three months, that's fine. I'm not on a diet, I've changed how I eat. There's no end date anyway, I am just being healthy and seeing where I end up and I intend to just live this way now. It's sustainable and I feel great.
