i just found out they help burn belly fat ..... umm i might be a little slow but i hated cherries till today.... that is all

Dream on, my friend. There is no magic food that helps burn fat in a specific part of your body, just as there is no magic food that, in and of itself, makes you lose weight. The only way you'll ever lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you're burning, a calorie deficit.

Cherries are lovely little jewels of yumminess (I especially adore Rainier cherries), but there's no food that will burn fat. You gotta exercise to do that.
That said, if you're gonna snack, fruits and veggies are the way to go.

Nope won't burn fat but are a great low calorie snack. I eat then a lot

there is no super food. there is no food that has a zero calorie effect. these things do not exist. cherries are delicious and nutritious. enjoy them. but they have sugar and they have calories. so if your intent is to lose weight- fat- then you want to make sure to weigh and log them.
