power class

HI ALL!!! I recently started a "power class" .. and i dont know how i should log it.... i use MFP to log my workouts and sync it with my fitbit... HELP!! =]

I take something similar at my gym. I log it in MFP as "strength training" under the cardio section. I'm curious to hear what others say because I'm not really convinced this is the best way.

I was thinking about doing that, did a little googling and I saw a post that said not to log it as cardio because it would have a greater calorie burn than what would have actually burned. I dont know lol I hope some one can help us with this!
