You got bigger or shorter strides?
Is it coming from active work or walking farther in to work?
Agree with above - not really a question you'll get a useful answer from.
Where it and do your normal activity and see how many steps you get without motivation.
If you want more daily activity burn, increase the step goal above normal.
If you want more exercise burn, leave the step goal and go for VAM goal for exercise.
