Add logging for moods

Love the new period tracker. You should consider adding a way to track energy and mood as well as the current symptoms. For many, those are big indicators. Energy could range from alert/active to exhausted, and mood could contain things like sad, depressed, weepy, irritable, and “I hate everyone for no good reason.” Lol. Thanks for the newest tool to help track fitness and health!

I second that request. Some of us have PMDD and would like to track those symptoms here. Instead I am currently using the clue app and Fitbit.

I would love to see a section added to the Female Health Tile that tracks my moods. I would like to be able to log if I am sad or angry so I can better predict the mood swings around my menstrual cycle.

My girlfriend feels there should be more options for “Conditions” during periods such as; bloating, gas, types of poops, etc.

she also feels there should be “moods” that let the user choose a way they were feeling that day.

I would also really like somewhere to track moods: happy, sad, anxious, angry and numb would be good options. I am a psychiatrist and many patients do this as part of a CBT program.

I absolutely love the "female health" section of Fitbit! The only suggestion I have is a place to enter "mood" information.  I wish I could take notes through the app regarding my mood/feelings on any day. I think it would greatly help tracking PMS symptoms. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with my new Fitbit Charge 3! I loved my Charge 2, and my Charge 1! Way to go Fitbit!
