Same issue here - the calendar is defaulting to my birthday month and year. It’s really annoying. And even more so to see all the comments of “we’re working on it” going back 3+ weeks.

I would like to know how to reinstall the menstraul  tracker. I deleted it because I was having all the same issues as everyone else- tracking date stuck on my birth year but now I can’t figure out how to reinstall it. Is there anyone who can help ?

This is happening for me too!!! Even when you hit the edit cycle button nothing happens.

This moderator reply is NOT an answer, stop voting for it! If you truly want a fix to female health or sleep tracking in the app, rate the app 1 star in Google play and Apple star and write why.

When will the update be fixed?  This is going back to MARCH! I will probably switch to another app since this one is not going to be fixed.  Very disappointing.

Same with me! I was so confused that all my data was gone, then finally noticed the date. But am of course still confused!  I was hoping to be able to find an answer here on if anyone has figured out how to make it start up at the current date.

Hi team, many people, including myself, are still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Can we have an update on it please? Is there ETA? Thanks!

I just poked around the forums some more, and finally found an answer from a Moderator. Looks like FitBit is aware of the issue and are working on it. So it’ll be back to normal eventually?  🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

I doubt this will ever see a fix. Last time I was on a thread for a programming bug/issue with Fitbit, it went unresolved despite many months of posts from frustrated users. I'm switching to the Apple Health app for menstrual cycle tracking (and will obviously be considering switching to an Apple Watch when my current FitBit eventually dies).

On my Fitbit charge 3, when I open the calendar predictor on the Fitbit app it takes me back to 1998 and never shows me the current date/month/day. There must be a glitch because this has not happened before. Just noticing it the last two days. I use this feature as an important tracker for my health and monthly cycle.

This has been happening to me for about a week now and can see others have been affected for months. Is there any news on a fix for this bug?

Best Answer

Is there any update? The issue has been going on for weeks now.

I have exactly the same too! Back to 1976!!! Making me feel old as I scroll back to current day!

I’m having the exact same issue and it’s driving me mad. Have you been able to sort it? Thanks

Mine is a charge 3 and is doing exactly the same. Also problems with screen going very dim so outside I can’t see it.

I’m canceling my premium subscription and plan to buy an Apple Watch also. The fact that we can’t get an update on the fix is frustrating.

How is this issue STILL ongoing? It defaults back 30 years to my birth week every time I open it, and if you scroll aaaaall the way to the present week thr entire Fitbit app completely freezes. Can’t log a thing. This has been happening for ages, despite restarting everything, checking i’m all updated, uninstalling and re-installing. Thinking of deleting the app and using a better one 😞
