I went to log my period this month as always but when I click from my dashboard it loads a page quick and then goes to editing my setup values. I hit the back arrow and it displays a blank screen that never loads anything. Another back arrow and I'm at my dashboard. I suspect it is because my app is out of date but considering while looking for an answer to this I saw a post saying a new update sucks I'm not inclined to download it. Especially considering I'm running out of space and pretty much only using the Fitbit app to track my period at this point. I tried to edit it on the website but to my surprise the website is gone.

The same happened to me this week. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice, restarted my phone. All the other areas such as water, food, steps, sleep etc work, but not the menstrual health section. Like you, I've just tried to login on my laptop to find I can only find this community page. I don't know what to do now as I need the menstrual health info for the doctors!

Mines disappeared too. Years and years of tracking, just gone with no option to retrieve past data to download and keep safe with a tracking system i trust now, because since googles taken over, and upgrading to versa 4, ive been nothing but disappointed with glitches and all sorts. anyway, my menstrual data is just a blank box. it has a pop up box for '+ log period' and i get a pop up telling me 'turn on menstrual health? the consent you gave us to use this was turned off. to use this feature, please turn it on again.' and i have 'no thanks' and 'continue' as my options. I had always had the permissions set to enable menstrual tracking, why it's decided that it is not allowed anymore. Anyway.... a new screen comes up 'allow the menstrual health feauture to use your data for cycle tracking and predictions? and a bunch of writing. Only button available at the bottom..... it says 'turn off' which demonstrates permissions are in fact enabled.
Weirdly, i do think my menstrual info is still available on my versa 4 so I would assume its a bug in the app, related to stupid data protection rulings, and potentially to do with trying to get everyone to move their data over to google - which i am not happy about doing tbh.
Sorry for the rant, i'm beyond fed up with problems with fitbit since google took over... they aint fitness people, they don't care about us wanting to know about our health or else they wouldnt have tried 'simplifying' everything, taking away the desktop dashboard, making things more difficult to understand (my sleep tracking, used to love, now its definitely not as good). My menstrual tracking is incredibly important to me and like a lot of us, been using it for years and years, and now it's all gone.... grrrrr.

So, i've been able to get it back, lol..... but I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times, reboot watch and phone. i'm still annoyed though, it really has gone down hill since google took over.
