I thought this was a great feature on my flex 2 & relied & used my period tracker every month.

I have been recording my data forever & found it a useful tool when going to see the Dr.

Where has the feature gone ?

Will we be getting it back ?

What about lost data ?

Welcome on board @Pwake1, it's nice to see a new member around! I'm happy to hear you've found the Female Health a useful tool when going to your Dr.

If the Female Health tile has disappeared, I'd like you to check what version of the Fitbit app you've installed.

Female Health is available since version 2.75 or higher. To see which version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap or click Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen.
  3. Current version of the Fitbit app is 2.92 (iOS and Android)

Once you've made sure about this, try logging out and logging back in to see if your tile appears. If it's not appearing, let's see if the tile is not hidden by doing the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To show hidden tiles, tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  3. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  4. Tap or click Done.

Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!

Fitbit updated the other day, and since then I can't access my Female Health data.  When I click on any of the activity items (exercise this week, days till next period, hourly steps goal), the app sends me directly to my Active Fit app which tracks my steps for my health insurance's reward program.  Any words of wisdom on how to access my period history?
