Period Cycle incorrect

Hi wondering if anyone can help. I have set up the period tracker and it’s saying I am in day 9 of 87 for my cycle. I have gone to settings and my cycle is set to 31, not 87! I have used the tracker before, before a pregnancy and it worked fine. Any ideas??

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Faye_T! Please try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out from your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling your Fitbit app. If this doesn't solve the issue, let me know please. Also, send me a screenshot showing what you get on the Female Health tile.

I'll be around, keep me posted!

Thank you for your reply, I have fixed the problem. I had a period logged in August 18 but nothing since due to pregnancy, now I have my current period logged it is predicting my cycles are 5 months long. I have deleted the August period and it’s now working fine.
