Period predictor stuck on view only

Anyone know how to fix the view only mode on period predictor? I keep accepting the term but nothing happens.

I don’t have Fitbit premium and I refuse to pay for it. Thankfully I do have an app called P Tracker as a backup.

Menstrual health tracking Not working. View only mode. Since last 2 days.

Also having the same issue - which really sucks given that I’ve started experiencing hormonal issues and the app I’ve been using to track for like 10 years isn’t working now lol. 

This is honestly unacceptable given it impacts like 50% of your customers, not having an ETA reads as a giant “f you” to women.

Any suggestions on why I’m stuck in a loop and can’t edit anything on the calendar anymore? It’s in view only mode and keeps promoting me to agree to the pop up message.

I am having the same issue! I can't find any solutions online and I have tried reinstalling the app, login in and out.......nothing works. My iphone had a software update last week, not sure if this has caused an issue as the app was working fine prior to this.

Same issue although less accurate for me and even more so when you can’t note pregnancy to stop the app assuming an extremely long menstrual cycle while pregnant 🙄🤪

I’m here to raise my hand as this month I am unable to track my cycle because of the data usage  approval pop up. I accept it and it just goes back to the home page. It’s just in this look. When will this be fixed?

Hi mine is doing the very same thing. It’s logged my last period on the wrong dates and won’t let me edit it. I’m stuck in this loop to where I can only ‘view only’ and then when I try Log it takes me to another page to agree to terms and sends me back.

This is what mine is doing. The new update has thrown everything off. I’ve used Fitbit for 6 years now because it’s easy and convent but this new update has made it very complicated to use.

I am having the same issue.  There was an iOS update last night to 18.6 (22G86).  However, the 'Menstrual Health' popup when you click 'View Only Mode' is something new.  It does not seem to clear this popup whether you say 'Agree' or 'No Thanks'.

As others have stated, this feature has worked for years and we rely on the data for our personal health.
