Thank you Cel26, I tried this but it's still not working.

I've noticed for about 2 months I can't save symptoms on my health tracker, example: tender breasts, back aches, tired/happy, sex, etc. Is there a solution on this?

Best Answer
So the only solution ive found was to uninstall the fitbit app entirely and
reinstall. not sure if its a long term solution

Bummer..but thank you for the input!

I've been having this EXACT issue for MONTHs now. it's supper frustrating because it's not every entry. I could enter stuff for yesterday but not today.

I can not login any details of my cycle like cramps mood etc. It was working fine on the 26th July but by the 27th, I could not login any details about anything. Even today, I can't add that I've got cramps or my mood etc. Is this a problem with the app or is my Fitbit broken AGAIN

Best Answer

August 2022 and the issue is not fixed yet. I can't save or edit dates of periods.

Best Answer

When will this issue be fixed? My app freezes when I try to edit my period. It also randomly moved a period by a week (after I tried to edit it a few times to move it one day up) and now I can't even change it back to something that was vaguely more accurate. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and all the other suggestions that have been made and nothing works.

This bug is a persisting problem that pops up every few weeks it seems, and for something that a lot of people rely on, that's bad. Also, very ballsy of Fitbit to now have a special forum for Menstrual Health Tracking when the functionality never works, I gotta say.

Best Answer

I have the same problem as those shared by many other users. My tracking now goes up to just 14 days and starts again. Edited dates are not being saved and predictions are completely off.

When is this going to be fixed? I am having the same issue. I updated the app and it still won't save.

Best Answer

Has there been a fix for this yet? Extremely fustrating. When it happened before I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. It seemed to reset it but now it nothing. Can't log anything.

Best Answer

I'm unable to log details. They are not saving properly. It has been 3 days now, started on Aug 22, 2022.

Best Answer

I gave up and downloaded the Flo app. Works perfectly.

This is still not working for me. I edit and it reverts back to the same dates all the time.

Hello, I am having the same difficulties.  I have a predicted period put in there and it stays with the question popped up of did you get your period today?  Confirm or Edit.  When I go to edit it lets me edit but when I push save, nothing changes. so everything is off.   It is frustrating and makes this part of the fitbit useless.  I want to be able to keep track of this in here but this is not working.  It shows I am on cycle day 302!!!!

This post about a fix was posted in March and this is almost September.   Is there no fix yet?

Does it wipe out all previously saved info?? I was going to try this as a solution, but hesitated because I didn't want to wipe out all of the info that still saved.

I fixed it on my part, you click on your picture got to activity and wellness, go to menstrual health, there should be manage data click delete period and detail log then click delete. Start logging stuff
