Fitbit Update: 2/25/19
Hi, everyone!
Today we have released the Fitbit for Android app version - 2.88 to all users. This app version contains the fix for period data being deleted. Please update to this version as soon as you can.
In addition, I would like to make it clear that any data that may have disappeared will not re-appear after updating to this new app version. We hope this sets you all back on track and we're super thankful for your patience while this was investigated.
Now that a fix has been released, I'm going to close this thread from further comments. If you come across this issue in the future or have any new issue to report we ask that you create a new topic to let us know.

This is the third time I have logged out to try to get the period tracker to work correctly. I logged back in and can now input data but everything i had in there is gone again.
Is it going to reset my tracked info every time i have to log out and back in? If so, I'm going to have to find a different tracker because the fitbit one is not safe to continue using as a calendar method tracker.

Can you please provide information as to what has been done regarding the deleted periods on Fitbit for Android. It's happened twice to me and I'm now reading that there's a lot of people complaining of the same thing. I do not see a thread stating if this issue was resolved or not.

I just lost all my health tracking data. I had over 6 months on it. I tried doing the recommended steps and still nothing. This has been an issue for months and I'm not seeing any resolution, I will discontinue using it if my data is not restored.

This has been a few months of issues now and i have just lost data again. Going to stop using this and use another app for period tracking. Can't trust it. Really should have been tested more thoroughly before releasing
