Did you mean:

"Unexpected server error occurred" on Windows app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I try to add a period using the pen button and the "+" button, but it won't accept.  Keeps telling me "Unexpected server error occurred."  I am connected though.  App is on Windows laptop.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Laura00, hope you're doing great! This issue was already reported and our team is aware of it. We'll make sure to share any updates when available.

In the meantime, I'd suggest trying the steps that @WhiteQueen1982 have shared here I'd recommend checking if it's already running the latest version. Check the article: What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app?. The version should be on 2.36.

Thanks for your help @ashwolveRobot Very Happy

Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you in the meantime!
