Best AnswerI got my fitbit two days ago part of a trial for disease. I had more trouble opening the boxes and reading then setting up the device. It got setup and sync. I will not put on phone as there is no need to do that.
Best AnswerHi everyone. Got my fitbit set up last night and have survived my first day! I'm looking forward to getting busier and getting more steps in. Easy to set up and use!![]()
Best AnswerI am brand new today and so excited! When I work out I also lift weights...can that be added as an activity?
Best AnswerGot my Fit Bit Flex this week and am excited to participate on the forums. I am 61 - Branson, MO. Work fulltime - log around the neighborhood of 17,000 just at work (which I already knew since I use to wear to pedometer to work). I love stats and graphics so this is right up my alley. Went ahead and bought the Aria scale yesterday also. I am working on losing 45 pounds - decided since my health is good, I want to keep it that way! Would love to track with like minded individuals!
Hello everyone!
I have actually had my Flex for about 2 weeks or so, but this is the first chance I have had to check out the discussions. I have already learned that if I am not specifically doing a workout, I don't move! So not enough steps. So I am already walking around a lot more and I'm kind of obsessed with my numbers right now
. I log all my exercise here, and I synced with MyFitnessPal because I like there food log function a little better and have a history there and it is really helping me stay on track.
Hi, love my fitbit, my daughter got it for me for Mother's Day! going to get more serious with it now that I have "challengers". Also going to add T25 to my daily routine! p.s. I am "new" to the community as of today.
Happy 4th of July! My wife got a Flex and I got a One today. She has already lost 35 pounds and needed motivation for the last 10-15. I need to lose 70+ pounds. Wish me luck!
