Good day. I encountered such a problem in Lithuania. In July 2018 I bought your Ionic watch. After two months I couldn't load the clock anymore, so I contacted the dealer. The clock has been replaced with a new one. Now another problem, the watch glass is broken (photo is attached), I contacted your official service representative UAB "SerisaICT" and the watch seller TELE2 from whom I bought the watch. But the response from both was the same. Nothing changes the screen. I don't really want to believe that buying a watch for 270 euros, no one can fix it for me. I ask for your help in solving this very unpleasant situation.
Please email me where I can send the photos.

My current health goals are to lose weight. I know that sounds a bit plain but its true. I fell into a hole in my floor the other morning and it took me a good 4 or 5 minutes to get out of it. I now have a bruise on the backside and my lower back and on the backside of my knee and scratches all up my leg. I fell Saturday and am still a little sore.
I figure joining a gym and joining a good forum will help with my weight loss and getting fit in general.
On of my biggest problems is when I find sweets and desserts on sale or on clearance in my local stores I buy more then I need and over eat.
I have been a over eater since I was a kid and it just became a bigger problem as I got bigger. And now I'm trying to do something for myself before its to late.

From Ontario Canada. Long time user of Fitbit products.
I have recently been diagnosed with irregular heartbeat. A common occurrence, especially amongst older people. However, my understanding of the Fitbit Algorithim for tracking pulse rate and sleep rates, this problem is not recognized by fitbit, and as a result proper pulse rate monitoring is not possible. If you wish to take a pulse manually, then the person must count for a whole minute, rather than taking a snapshot and then calculating. Is there any way that fitbit can look into this and maybe coming up with an algorithim which will permit an accurate monitoring

Bore da from South Wales - also St David's day today.
Had my Charge 3 for about 5 weeks now and still learning to get around and use it and discover its quirks.
My main fitness regime is my martial arts training (as an aside, why does auto-sport recognise show a footballer by it?) and all the walking I do for my photo hobby. That's me in a nutshell 🙂

The Fitbit organization hate any constructive criticism, so your intro and this will be deleted. I do wish Fitbit would listen and not just delete and ignore the challenges.😀

It wont get answered here.
