Hi, I'm Sid from Munich Germany. My current goal is to stay fit and get in shape. I'm currently average fit, I have an average number of steps of 10.000, except of Sundays.
Besides that I try to hit the gym every second day, at least twice a week.
I can't say that I really enjoying excercising and sport in general, but I enjoying food and with that I have to look at my weight and fitness in general. You can say, tasting, cooking, eating and food are my motivations and guilty pleasures in one. Feel free to add me as you friend, I like this opportunity to compare and keep yourself motivated.
With that said, have great times you all!

Hi, my name is Elaine. I am from Ohio. 3 years ago I had the first of what was to be 5 strokes. That’s when my weight started climbing. My goal is to be 150 by Christmas. With my health, that’s a reasonable goal.

Hi Everyone!

1) I'm in South East of England

2) Lose weight and tone up

3) Walking the dog and gym 4-5 times a week. When time allows then Salsa dancing as well

4) long term - Would like to get back to days when i worked with horses and was all toned and fit and strong, however 10 years behind a desk have definitely taken its toll, so I am being realistic at this stage :). Short term - I have a wedding to go to in July and a very lsinky unforgiving bridesmaids dress to wear!

5) Curling up on the sofa with the family, a film and maybe a few too many snacks...

Hi! I live in Windsor, Ontario Canada but I moved here for work 4.5 yrs ago. I moved here from Windsor, Nova Scotia Canada (Basically just changed postal code lol). A HUGE difference population wise. From rural to city 3600 to over 217,000. 

My overall goal is to lose 10 to 15 lbs, stabilize my blood pressure (been dealing with high bp since 16 but last few months its been erratic).

I used to stay fit with Tai Chi but since my move I haven't had much chance to find a group (amongst other issues).

Family, friends & work motivate me.

Guilty pleasures??? (notice I said pleasures with an S lol) Chocolate, Crème Brulee & Pepsi...yes Im a Pepsiholic.

It was & thank goodness for the GPS in my Honda Fit or Id be in a lot of trouble getting around. I went from just seeing neighbors lights about a couple hundred feet away to being able to watch their tv across the road through their front window lol.

  1. Where in the world are you? Florida
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? Be active and gain more energy. I want to be more flexible and overall be healthy. This doesn't mean I want to be skinny I just want to feel better and not feel sluggish.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I love dancing even though I'm not good at it. I also enjoy yoga. So far I enjoy my workout sessions I've been in lately.
  4. What motivates you? Positive people that encourage me to keep going when things get tough.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? Desserts, pedicures, and having long baths with opera music.

Hello everyone,

 

I am from WA.

My fitness goal is to get to 130 lbs.

I love hiking, so looking forward to cloudy day, and start hiking. I love walking. Can't run as of now my knees don't like running. To stay healthy and be a model for my kids. My guilty pleasure is to sleep in once a month 😍
