Hello fit-bit-ers!

 

I'm new to all of this so here goes. Found this forum, looking for answers on scammers. UGH! Two days in and I've got scammers! It's like discovering termites.

 

I'm from the UK, and my current fitness goal is to lose weight and develop healthy habits.

 

In the winter, I hibernate, but in the summer I like to try different activities. My favourite was Fire Poi, a few summers ago.

 

What motivates me is the weather. Rain, and I'm like a cat. Indoors, please and thank you. Sunshine and I'm outside!

 

My vice and favourite guilty pleasure are crisps. Chips for the rest of the world. The crunchy ones. Ya'll can keep your sweet treats. Salt is life!

 

Anyway, looking forward to interacting with some real humans. Not scammers 😕

Hi Everyone! 

I'm Delphine, from TheCoupleChallenge.

 

  1. I live in Canada.
  2. 10,000 steps a day(usually more, but we are isolated!
  3. I like weight-training at the gym, but it's closed. So Now I enjoy training at home!
  4. What motivates me is TheCoupleChallenge.  My bf and I created this Couple Challenge for Fitness minded couples. Every Week We Compete a New Fitness Challenge (steps, distance, calories, sleep, etc.) and the ''weekly winner'' gets to pick our Together Time. The ''loser'' is in charge of planning it in 7 days or less. (You get 3 suggestions of together time every week and you get to pick 1). It's really fun and we thought other couples would enjoy this!

Hi all,

 

I'm a 41 year old looking to loose about 7 lbs.  I currently walk anywhere from 9 - 14 miles on week days and while I try to do something active on weekends, I usually give my legs and feet a rest.  

 

I got my Olympian Sandal badge back on November 2nd 2019 and I'm looking to do it again some time later this year with the primary goal to hit 50 miles in a day.  I got 48.6 last time.  

 

Other aspiration includes getting the 700 floor in a day badge but this one may have to wait.  

 

Guilty pleasure is definitely mac n cheese.

  1. Where in the world are you? I live in south Manchester in the UK.
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? To improve on my performance each week and do more cardio rather than just walking.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Walking, HiiT, Metafit, Body Blast, Aerotone, hiking and dancing (tap more than anything).
