To get and to stay fit.

By keeping active.

Myself, husband and my kids - I want to be old and see them all with kids of their own.

Hey there @JoeyB7 and @WendyB ... Yes, I am thinking like JoeyB7 because I too am getting lots of emails of all the new Fitbit joiners joining this expanding Fitbit universe! Whiles it's good and all, is there a way that we can also opt out of getting these emails? I don't want more flooding my inbox. ... quality over Quantity 🙂

Hello Fitbit enthusiast! it has been a long time since being active on fitbit. I lost my fitbit while at football practice and was pretty upset. I am a certified personal trainer and loved the communities I helped inspire and became apart of. I am looking forward to meeting more of you and doing challenges and sharing fitness ideas.

Hi there,

I lost my charger and took forever to get me a new one, but now I'm back on track(er) 😉 I used to have a long list of friends to do those daily/weekly challenges with but now they're gone (got to keep my badges though) so I'm not new per se but I need friends to motivate me:) Please add me and here's a little about me;

  1. I'm in Tromsø, Northern Norway 😊 
  2. My current health goal is to increase my daily activity level.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Weights, hiking/jogging, and cycling 
  4. My motivation is a mixture of wanting to fit some old jeans and being a happy and healthy mom.
  5. My favorite guilty pleasure is to drink tea with lots of cream and sugar😅

    1. Maintain/lower my body fat percentage to 14%-15%

    1. I like to do several things because I like to workout everyday so I like to run, MMA (kickboxing), cross-fit, weight lifting but I'm up to any activity.

    1. This is can be a broad answer but my girlfriend and I stay motivated by setting fitness challenges every week that makes us compete between us, it's called TheCoupleChallenge.com

Hello all you beautiful souls!

I am rocking out in Mid Missouri and have began to start running/training to run my first 5k at the end of summer and I think this habit is going to be sticking with me because I feel invigorated after my first 2 weeks! I am staying on track with running 5 nights a week and doing core strengthening exercises with a focus on postpartum workouts. I love salads, oatmeal, steak and swear by popcorn to save me from my cravings. My most recent motivation is coming out of the fog of depression/anxiety/addiction and wanting to keep it that way for my kids and my family which mean the world to me. I am learning to love myself in that way too and what better way than healthy diet and exercise. My guilty pleasures are hitting the china buffet, spaghetti, olive gardens bread sticks and Alfredo sauce.

hey i live in Colombia my fitness goal is to be 120.0 pounds right now i weight about 1.35.5 pounds im 15 and like to do exersice i like to stay fit by doing these exercises i've seen in instagram you should follow these guys they are the best they go live every morning at 10:00 Am they're @ is ro54d and what motivates me is doing exercise with other people, OMG my favorite guilty pleasure is chocolate and anything that has to do with candy i looooove candy and thats really it about me.

I did to just the other day.
Checked to make sure Bluetooth was on the watch was not connected. Would not work when I tried to reconnect 😢. Turned phone off Still did not work. Then turned Bluetooth on off a few times and eventually it worked. Long response for a short question. LOL. Hope this helps.

@CleanRunner  Love salads as well. We have one daily and the more stuff you can add the better it is. We always have some kind of protein, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans a variety, Almonds and Bacon bits yummmm
