2)What is you current health/fitness goal ? Loose weight increased muscle mass and better cardio

3)How do you like to stay fit ? walking as unable to run anymore due to injury

4)What Motivates you? Want to get back to my peak fitness like I was in my early 20's

  • What is your current health/fitness goal? My goal is to loose 20lbs and get back into running.
  • How do you like to stay fit? Right now I and doing my running with the app C25K by Zen labs and I'm doing virtual classes through my local gym.
  • What motivates you? I need to loose the weight to relive back pain.
  • Favorite guilty pleasure Dr Pepper and sweets.

Hi

Scotland (at least the part where i stay) is very wet!

It is the local holiday period and it tends to pour at this time every year

I intend to resume more regular walks this weekend and start on the road to a slimmer self

Hi - although fortunately I am not chronically ill I am unable to rum anymore therefore restricted to walkies and gym sessions (when they finally reopen)

  3. How do you like to stay fit? Weights, cardio workouts, eating healthy as best as I can. 😉 
  4. What motivates you? I am 58 and have always worked out since my teens and want to be the best shape as I can and also be there for my family. 
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure: You had me at Jalapeno chips, boy I can go nuts on those, watch out.

I'm looking for accountability friends who also know what it's like to live with depression and anxiety. I'm an almost-50 male who actually used to be a personal trainer and very active in weightlifting and power-lifting up into my 20s. Now I'm a potato.

  3. How do you like to stay fit? Walking and stretching are about all I can do right now. As well as watching nutrition.
  4. What motivates you? When I figure that out, I'll be set.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? Sugary and salty snacks.
