Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a little help with achieving my 20 weight loss goal with some encouragement.  I live in St Francis, Minnesota.  I have my daughter's wedding next year and would love to drop 20 pounds.  Easier said than done.  I am very good with breakfast and lunch but when dinner comes around, my hubby can really blow it for me.  Tonight was pizza. I was dead in the water.

Hey guys,

  1. Where in the world are you? I'm in USA
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? I honestly haven't thought of a goal for now so I was hoping someone encourage me too. Beside that, I really want to be active again
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I walk/run depends on my mood. But I love doing ab bike (bicycle) and weight lifting (10 lbs). I don't do more than 10 lbs because I'm not trying to break my back. 🙂
  4. What motivates you? When I hang out with people, I want to look nice in my outfit so I would exercise before hand. What motivates me the most is when someone exercise with me because it's more entertaining
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? FOOD and binging on youtube

Thank you for the answer. I am trying to watch my food intake.  I was walking but I developed a "Haglund's deformity" on my right heal.  I took down my bike and I am riding that instead.

Hey there,
Walking in the water is easier on the joints. Also adds a little
resistance. Found out how good water exercises and stretches are after my
spinal cord surgery. Water really makes you pull your core for balance 🙂
