I am motivated, but there are days that I need that extra push to keep going. I have my fitbit set up to remind me to move and do 250 steps. I lift weights and walk/jog HIIT.

You do you and just enjoy the "good Morning" and "hey, you kicked it" cheers we give each other. I was happy to walk a 2 block square before the encouragement started. We stay on health and fitness not side hook ups that I know of.🤓

I'm increasing my activity level again. I had a bad accident, crushing 8 discs in my back. It's been a long road back, but I'm finally ready to get more active again.
I am walking now, working on getting back to the mountain bike.
