I worry about not running much. Somewhere once a week. Although I have a sedentary job and I need it. How can I force myself to do this?

@HolyHI why force yourself? If running is not something you enjoy, why not find another form of exercise? That will make it easier to stick with it in the long term and help your reach your fitness goals.

This is my first time on the site - really happy to find this support group. I have personally struggled with internet addiction issues and look forward to exploring the resources here.
