With so many foods around, constantly being tempted to eat, even if not hungry. Making it difficult to reach goals if not keeping track of foodsies.
With Fitbit wanting to reach goals, and secretly getting visible abs..
Wishing everyone the best on reaching her / his goals. It's more Fun when having friends.
Never Give up on your dreams, Believe in Yourself!
Have Fun

Hello! My name is Haley. I'm a 26y/o IT professional trying to finish my bachelor's. I've always been overweight but I got injured last year and in the process of healing gained about 50lbs. I decided to "go steady" with my Fitbit about two weeks ago and started with 5k/day. I'm up to 7k/day and 6lbs down! Started at 300lbs and now at 294.6lbs now. Small goal is 280lbs, I'd like to get below 200lbs again over all. Either way I'm finding walking to be a great way to curb boredom binging. Outside of my fitness goals, I'm a writer, artist, serial Netflix binger, lover of Sci-Fi, and owner of three dogs and a cat.

Back and determined.
Have had some reincarnations, though determined to do this! Being mindful works for a bit, though to keep being mindful and being more aware about calories can go together, a treat here and there can add up when not logging,.. possible interfering with reaching goals.
A wish is a wish which comes true when having a plan. It's more fun with friends.
Don't be afraid to change.
~ Have Fun reaching your goals dear Fitbit Community

Hi everyone 🙂 I’ve been a Fitbit user for the last 2.5 years but sadly most of my original friends have become inactive! I had my second baby 12 weeks ago and am looking for new friends to do challenges and goal days with 💪 I’m training for a marathon in 12 months time (baby steps at the moment though 😅) and so could really do with some motivation to keep going and get that exercise / steps in!! Please feel free to add me 😊
