know that feeling, lost a load of weight, got lazy, back to doing it all over again......
Best AnswerI'm in the same boat. I lost a bunch a weight. It has creeped back up over the past decade. I've learned that my health and wellness journey is a marathon not a sprint.
Hi! I've had my Charge 2 for a while but am only just now trying to get into using it consistently. I'm a total couch potato whose goal is to run a Spartan race and lose some weight! I love nature and hiking and would love to do some challenges.
Best AnswerCouchtospartan I have done a couple Spartan races. What Spartan race are you looking at doing? I have done a couple sprints and would tell you to practice two things. First do burpees and more burpees. Then do anything that builds endurance. Friend me and I will include you in any challenge I do. I love nature and did 12 miles on the Appalachian Trail yesterday. : )
Need some competitive pressure
Hi there!
I've had my Fitbit since December, but I'm trying to start using more of its features. Add me and I'd be happy to join in on different challenges!
Hi all! I'd be happy to add people as friends. Send me a request! Please note spammers requests are not accepted so please don't bother! LOL Otherwise, I'd love to add more friends & play challenges....especially bingo! 🙂
Hi! I am looking for more fitbit friends now that Im almost done recovering from a stress fracture. For now my step goal is pretty low to keep me from overdoing it (only 6,500). I'd love to have a group to motivate each other and stay accountable. Feel free to add me 🙂
I am getting started again with walking and need some motivation, so some FitBit friends would be great.
Hey
I'm 26 female and do a range of exercises.
I try to walk or jog once a week for an hour or 2.
Daily aim is 20 mins - 1 hour of any excerice. So far yoga, dance workouts, weights and sets seem to be the ksot common.
I need some motivation at the moment the last couple weeks I haven't even hit 3 days exercise. I was up to 4-6 days average before that!
Please feel free to add.
😊
I am active 6/7 days. I have Fitbit Premium - please add me! Let's motivate each other!
Best AnswerI really need more motivation so I will friend back anyone who friends me. I would love to have a robust challenge community. I fell off the fitness bandwagon, but I'm getting back on.
hi all 40 year old here ..looking for friends ... im slowly moving more , i have suffered 2 compression fractures in my back , most recent was this January . I dont walk alot yet ..
I also am on loseit dot com
Hi Lisa
I've sent you a request.
Take it slow and steady as I'm sure you will. Build it up. I used the healthy habits course it set me a reasonable amount of steps based on my current daily average to set as your goal.
I don't have back issues but I get repetitive strain and tennis elbow.
Knowing when to ease off is important!
It only takes a few too many steps to flare up my bad ankle. I felt the urge to say this because your back is so precious.
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious!
I found myself getting wrapped up in challenges with others that I should have just been trying to do my best rather than trying to win. And pushing it too far. 🤦:female_sign:
