Did you mean:

You know you're a Fitbit addict when...

  • You pace the house to get to a particular figure before going to bed
  • You sit down when recharging as you don't want to 'waste' any steps
  • You park further away from the shops to gain extra steps

I am deffinately addicted to my fit bit. This weekend I went to Cedar Point Amusement Park with my family. When I got there I realized I forgot my fitbit back at the hotel. I walked more than a mile back just to get it. No way was I gonna do all those steps without them counting lol. And I got almost 33k steps

A addicted person would have taken a bus or a cab to go to the hotel.

@Gershon  A person addicted to Fitbit would have walked or ran or  biked.  No car involved.

As far as I know there were no cabs or busses. Cedar point is on its own little island in lake erie. I still manually added the steps on activities log 🙂

To everyone on board - If you know your a fitbit addict, you keep a total eye on the calorie in an out to where you keep it steady in a safe zone! (I did this a lot) 😄

I never manage to end the day in the green zone. I may watch it like a hawk but then some sneaky little calories seem to get burned up when I'm not looking and I end up UNDER!  Woman Very Happy

I only had my Fitbit Charge for a month. But now I am the proud owner of the Charge HR. But it is taking forever to charge! I had to put my Charge back on so I can get moving.

I also love the challenges through the Apps. I am so addicted that I try very hard to be number 1

I couldnt wait the 1-2 hrs when I first got my charge HR to let it fully charge... I wanted to wear it right away so now when I sit down for dinner I put it on the charger so that its charged ...not that I take that long to eat LOL but now I know the importance of making sure its fully charged... I almost lost a challenge because I forgot to charge it hahaha

I have become obsessed with fitness tracking!  I have a ONE which I love.  I also have a Shine.  I had a Charge and loved it too, but my husband saw me using it and asked if he could try it.  Now he has the Charge and is hooked too.

You know you're a FITBIT addict when your enthusiasm for FITBIT is contagious!

Smiley LOL

Oh my! I am having a problem with my HR keeping a full charge. This is even after a reboot. This may cause me some destress if I miss completing any challenges. I love those challenges.

I love those challenges too... I think it loses it charge the more you check it...and trust me I check mine ALL the time. I am seriously addicted.... I am even challenging myself to start doing 13k steps each day... I have begun hitting the 10k entirely to easy...that makes me happy LOL... I even told my husband...make room I am moving the  treadmill into the bedroom...gonna get an afternoon run in ....in the A/C of course..hahaha....

The weekends are harder for me to hit my goal. Normally, I am hitting about 10K while at work during the work week and then add to it in the evening. Lately 17K to 19K seem easy. Hitting anything after 20K is harder for me.

I love your idea about walking in the AC. The one draw back I have is that my apartment will not allow for a treadmill (good one anyway). Hope the your husband will make that room soon. LOL
