Please, how can I set my Fitbit versa watch to be vibrating when my phone is ringing  instead of seeing it as missed call.

You can find information about notifications HERE. If that doesn't give you guidance you need, then we will need a bit more information to do some deeper troubleshooting, such what type of Fitbit you have and what what type of mobile you use.
