Activity history and the exercise tile

Hi, loving my fitbit one, but this is making me scratch my head.

I can see all my activities logged by my fitbit one in the activity history on the web. Brilliant, but I can't see the same activities on the exercise tile.

if I manually log an activity on the fitbit IOS app, I can see that in the exercise tile and the activity history.

Any help appreciated

i asked a fitbit employee about this. apparently, exercise only shows on the dashboard tile if you manually enter it. doesn't make sense to me, either.

Many thanks for the reply, I've found a similar point being made in another post. That one said that the behaviour was specific to the "one" and one other type, which I'd agree with as it doesn't happen with the charge2 we've also got.
