Bluetooth on my one

So my one will not sync I have tried everything in forums, hooked up to my computer.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of your fitbit using this procedure:

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

That never worked. I have tried several things to get it working. I purchased from weight watchers and well cannot return the unit kind of pointless having if I cannot sync to my phone.
