I have not been able to sync my one since yesterday afternoon... I have tried resetting it, restarted my phone, tried the turn off for 15 sec log out of app and turn off bluetooth solution and when I go into my bluetooth pairing my one show up but then when I try to pair it, it says it can not communicate with it?? I have a few friends in my current challenge having similar issues syncing is this a fitbit wide problem?? Please help!

This has happened to me . Las synced on Tuesday at 3:15 - I was in a meeting. Who knows what happened. I usually manage to sync across a range of devices - none of them can now find my fitbit/.

This happens to me all the time! The solution is simple, you need to reset your Fitbit. To do that, plug it in to the charger, and as it's charging hold down the button for a few seconds. The Fitbit will restart. The good news is that the device will store your data for many days

Oh, I see you tried to restart it already and that didn't work. I am not sure what else to do, sorry!
