Bring Back Fitbit One

Hi at Fitbit, I've been purchasing your products every year or 2 since 2011. The fitbit one was fantastic - since I cannot wear a wrist device at work and would not wear one out of work, they are ugly and cumbersome. Your decision to discontinue this product in a market flooded with wrist wearables is bewildering, especially given the volume of complaints and request for you to reinstate this product.  Please dont recommend the Zip - it is rubbish and in no way compares. My fitbit one is on it's last legs  after several years of reliability, so like many others on this forum I am purchasing a competitor's product. One more loyal customer gone.

I totally agree. I'm so disappointed that fitbit has discontinued making the One. Mine is 5 years old and doing okay. But it's the most accurate step count since the wrist wearing ones are inaccurate when pushing a shopping cart or a carriage. I'm very disappointed and just hope my One still has some life in it.

I've had my Fitbit One for 7 years and I just recently lost it. I'm devastated and even more disappointed that the Fitbit One is no longer made. It worked perfectly for the 7 years I owned it...I think I had to reset it twice in all that time. I found one on EBay which I'm thinking about buying because I'm not finding anything better for a clip option online...

Please bring back the Fitbit One!!
