Can't connect to One

Hi,

I've had a fitbit one for several years, stopped using it about 6 months ago and I've just tried to get it set up again today. I initially managed to set it up with my phone (android) and it prompted me to update it. I tried to update the device but it said it had failed. I've since tried to connect to the device on an iphone, a mac and an android and I can't get past the point of typing in the code. After I type the code, it tries to connect for a few seconds and then brings up a "not working?" screen. I've ensured bluetooth is turned off on the other devices but the fitbit isn't working with any of them.

Is there a solution to this?

Thanks

Is your Fitbit fully charged?

Have you tried restarting it? help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

Bummer! Have you checked the thread pinned to the top of this board about update problems for other suggestions?  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/One/One-Firmware-Release-Version-6-64/m-p/2382530#M71443

Yeah I've had a look through (haven't read all of it) and I can't see this
problem being mentioned - or a solution to the other problems! It does seem
to be running the latest update.
