Can the Fitbit One receive text and call notifications?

Hello

I haven't used my fitbit one in awhile and decided to put it on today.  I noticed they added a feature that says calls.  Is there where you can received text notifications?  Can you read them on your device?  Also, the time on my fitbit is incorrect.  How can I change it?

The one is not capable of getting call and text notifications. Its only on some of the models

TIme:

On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone and change it there.

Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings then select time zone and change it there.

Device will need to sync before it changes
