Cannot sync Fitbit One

Tried all steps in help forums, deleted my app on my phone, tried via laptop. Nothing.

 

i did a get a "fail 62" msg on my display this morning.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of your One using this procedure:

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try at least 3 times.

It is also possible that your One is not currently paired to your account. Please, set it up once again:
