Regarding your question, you could try creating a food plan. This is a great option to control the calories you must eat depending on your weight goal. It's not the same as a pregnancy setting, but it might help you out! Check this helpful article for more details on this.
Additionally, please add your vote to this feature suggestion I found which is asking to implement a pregnancy and nursing setting. It's the best way to support the ideas you would like to see in the future.
