Daily Showdown didn't track all my steps

I have the One and started a Daily Showdown yesterday. When the day ended it did not track the correct steps that were on my dashboard. So how can I correct that?  Device was synced. I took a screenshot of my dashboard and daily challenge too. Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi, @ConnieK67, did you manually log any activities or sync from any 3rd party apps?  Manually logged steps do not count toward challenges.

All I Logged was my daily exercise which I have done with no issue.

Manual logged steps do not count towards challenges.  Your dashboard will show the steps you logged, but your challenge will not.

I only locked the exercise. Why shouldn't that count in the daily show down
or any other challenge?

Hi, @ConnieK67, a decision was made some time ago that no manually logged activities would count.  Your challenge will only show steps actually detected by your Fitbit.  

Obviously I am not fully aware of what the reasoning was behind Fitbit's decision.  I think they were hoping to keep everything fair by only counting actual Fitbit steps.
