Hello all,
I am trying to accurately log my exercise and steps with my Fitbit One. I went for a bike ride today. I used the activity tracking feature (as in, the little timer) to track the exercise. I then updated/labelled the activity through my account.
I've noticed that the steps that were falsely recorded during my bike ride have not disappeared. Can anyone give some advice on how to delete that data so I don't have an inaccurate step count?

Welcome aboard to our Community @SGDeborah. Indeed when you are riding bike, there will be some steps that will be recorded by your tracker, although these steps cannot be removed. Note that initially the tracker is not designed to track this type of activities and beside it can be manually categorized, as you did: there is no way to prevent it does not pick some steps along the ride. However doing this it also improve the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
What you can do is manually logged this activity instead of using the button of your One. The steps will be removed from the activity you are logging the data manually and it will improve the accuracy of your calories, or you can use a third party app to do this, like MyFitnessPal, just make sure the activities are not duplicate within the two accounts and can increase your numbers.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
