My One isn't syncing on computer at all - says more than one tracker found.  I have to sync with iPhone, then it goes to Dashboard and I have to manually update stuff like sleep.  I think they're working on the computer sync problem, I wrote on their Facebook page the other day and they had also posted that they're aware and working on the issue.

I have no issues synching to my iPad mini.  However, on my Macbook Pro it just won't sync anymore (it did so just fine for the first couple of weeks I had the One).  Now, I have to reset it every time.  I'm assuming it must be some sort of Mac-computer issue.  For the price of this device, I hope they'll get this fixed soon.

Hi @CMCM. Both my wife and I have MacBook Pro computers and had no issues until about a week ago when my wife was unable to sync. Upon checking her computer, I realized that the Fitbit app was not the latest version. I downloaded the latest version of the Fitbit App for Mac; and upon opening the DMG file, I first use the uninstall option to delete the version already installed. Then I did a complete system shut down, rebooted and installed Fitbit Connect. She hasn't thad any problem syncing since.

One other tip - please make sure that your OS software has the latest updates.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try it,  however, I had no problems until the latest update of Fitbit!

Hi know @SunsetRunner, same thing here. The weird thing though is that the initial download and install of the latest vesion worked like a charm on my MacBook Pro; but not so on my wife's. And yet, we both have the exact same system and the latest updades to OS X El Capitan. On her computer, downloading and installing the latest update did NOT work. I had to effect a clean sweep of anything Fitbit on her Mac as described earlier, and that worked. GL!

i have made several posts about the inability to sync for some time now (about 2 wks or a bit longer).  It occurred after the recent installation of the latest software update for my pc.  Message says "no internection connection found".  I have always sync'd on one device, with the exception of 2x on another pc.  I get the same "no internet" message on both laptops now, and tried on my iphone & Ipad & it just "searches" for the fitbit.  I have received a few replies giving my some suggestions but I firmly beleive the problem is not a user problem.  It is the recent software update.   So, starting to search for other brand devices......

I just now did a sync on my laptop, and it synced perfectly and fairly quickly.  I'm starting to wonder if my iPad mini causes issues.  The iPad is off right now, and perhaps things sync well on the laptop (located about 30 feet from where the iPad is usually located) as long as the iPad is turned off.  I'll have to experiment with this idea.  I think when the iPad is "on", perhaps it does automatic syncs because it operates via the IOS in the iPad, whereas the laptop uses a different system that seems to require manual syncing.  Of course, I'm not sure about any of this...:)

I have a 2010 MacBook Pro with 10.8.5 on it.  The fact that a sync can work at all seems to mean the Fitbit app works just fine with it.

EDIT TO PRIOR POST:  So I just did another sync attempt on my laptop, only a few minutes after the last one which synced perfectly.  It couldn't find the tracker.  So scratch my iPad theory.
