FitBit not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried all the recommendations to get my Fitbit to sync and nothing works.  Doesn't work on the computer or my Android,   One interesting note:  it won't pair with Bluetooth.  The messages says, "pairing rejected by One."

Does anyone have any other solutions since everything on the FitBit website doesn't work?

Hello @LadySelkirk,

Welcome to the community!

Try turning off your phone and then syncing with the computer or vice versa.  Let us know how it works.

I hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. I have tried everything also. It shows my last sync date as December 23.

Yes, powering off phone worked. However, now I get the message on Bluetooth, “No nearby Bluetooth devices found.”
Still can’t pair with Bluetooth.

Mine is now working. I did a forced shutdown/restart of my tracker.
