I've had my Fitbit ONE for over 3 years. Love the discreet size. I can't wear anything on my wrists so it was perfect. I had to replace it last week because it wasn't syncing with Windows10, but synced with the Fitbit app on my iPhone ... no problem. Then it started losing time so the tech suggested it was on its last leg - buy a new one. The ZIP was suggested because I wouldn't have to wear anything on my wrist. I can't even wear a watch or bracelets. I thought that was perfect but .... don't like that I can't recharge the battery. Don't want to have to buy a battery twice a year. More importantly, I discovered last night that it does NOT light up when you want to check data (eg steps, floors, miles, etc). What good is a dark Fitbit in the dark??
Bring back ONE !! Improve it, but keep it rechargeable, smaller than Zip and keep the backlight. Please. I'm ready to buy another ONE....it's the best.

I'm sorry but I do not think it will happen. I bought another before the price went up so I had a backup. Its my favorite model as well

I absolutely agree. Please bring back thew Fitbit One. I've had 3 different Fitbit Ones which all worked beautifully until I lost them. I decided to "upgrade" to the Charge 2 because of the great features. After using it for 2 weeks I returned it to the store because it seriously undercounts my steps. I ended up buying a new Fitbit One, which is totally accurate, off of eBay for a ridiculous price because I can't find it in stores anymore. If Fitbit wants to see how popular the One is they need to log into Ebay to see the bidding wars going on just for used Fitbit Ones. Get rid of the Zip and bring back the One!!!
Do you think there's some other place or person at FitBit we need to voice our concerns regarding the ONE? I really hope a tech or developer at FitBit sees how popular the ONE was and will be working on fixing the minor bug. As I mentioned in my post, it's less than a wee and I already have 3 major concerns for the Zip - too big, isn't rechargeable and no backlighting!
So many of us agree- They never have given a reason for discontinuing it- I looked at several options and it seemed to be either pay 150+ on ebay for a new One or go to the Charge 2 or Alta. ( I like the sleep option that Fitbit has) or a Vivafit by Garmin which is the cheapest.
Sure seems like an easy profit for Fitbit just to bring back the One!
Check for cheaper used Fitbit ONE on craigslist, offerup, and letgo. People are selling them cheap and for $10 sometimes! I keep my eye on them because I am worried my ONE will die someday and I definitely want to stick with the ONE.
I agree!!! My mom got me a Flex 2 for my birthday, but it is not the same. I will NOT buy any more Fitbits until there is one equal to or better than the One THAT I DON'T HAVE TO WEAR AROUND MY WRIST.
I just printed my return postage form to send the Flex 2 back to Amazon. 😞
Totally disappointed that Fitbit would make such an asinine decision stop selling the One and keep the subpar Zip. I LOVED my One and would love to continue using it however, it no longer syncs up to the app with the correct number of steps which leads me to believe the device is no longer being supported by Fitbit. My One has been showing 180 steps for the past 5 months. Quit assuming we all relish the ideal of wearing a tracker on our wrist. BRING BACK THE ONE or at least a new and improved version that can be clipped to the waist.
I came here to say I've been through 3 One's, all lost not faulty, and am SO upset I just lost my last spare unit.
The Alta doesn't do flights of stairs, and has terrible battery life (compared to the One).
I simply don't understand why FitBit are ignoring our pleas for another version.
