Did you mean:

Fitbit ONE, sudden death.

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My wife's ONE died suddenly, it is about six months old.  I tried my ONE in her charger (no problems), her ONE in my charger (still dead), so I'm convinced it is not a case of a dead battery/no charge.

Any suggestions on breathing life into this again.  Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times. Really don't think it will help but its the first thing they will tell you

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried as suggested and no luck.  Got on an oniine chat with support, and she had me try the same thing using different USB ports, etc.  Still no luck.  Looks like I have a brick.  Thankfully an  in-warranty brick.  FWIW, the online chat was available with little wait and was pretty helpful.
