I've not even had my forgot one for a year and it doesn't keep charge. I can charge it then less than 24hrs later it need charging again. Is there is happening to anyone else? Surely the product should last longer than a year?

Hello @Wishy,

Welcome to the community!

Occasionally the tracker gets into a confused state, I would try to restart it.  I would probably press and hold closer to about 20 seconds.  If you don't see the 'FITBIT 6.60' message after the restart, you haven't gone long enough.

Also, if you leave the Fitbit App running so that you can count the steps going one at a time (and thus your Fitbit connected) you will drain the battery in less than a day.  I've done this accidentally once and it drained the battery in hours; it's been fine since.

I hope this helps.

Thank you but unfortunately it still only lasted a day. Any other ideas?
