 My fitbit one won't sync with my Kindle. It's been 4 days. I have restarted it 2x. That worked previously when I had this problem, but not now

@ElisGrandma Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you still experiencing this problem? Check if your Kindle is listed under the list of supported devices. If it is not, that may be the reason why you are experiencing some issues when syncing.

 

However, as you used to sync with that device; I recommend checking these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices. That should certainly help you out!
