hi I mislaid my new Fitbit One after house fire I have now found it all complete stillin box and it wont charge at all

The battery probably completely discharged and remained in that state for a period of time. That will permanently damage the battery.

@kebab Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you have had with your Fitbit One. Sorry to hear about the house fire, hope everything is okay now.

If your One is not charging at all try to restart it. This has helped other users in the past. You could also check these tips for batteries that are not charging and try them out.
