My fitbit One device display will no longer turn on.
App for HTC Android is unable to sync as well using the app for Android; fitbit.com message,"tracker not found" when trying to sync.
I am still unable to get the device working after cleaning and resetting/restarting the device.
Any advice or suggestions are much appreciated!

Does it show any signs of life when plugged into the charger? It's worth trying the restart a few more times as the procedure is known to not always work.
Unfortunately, that's the only real tool we have for addressing these sorts of issues. Are you still covered by warranty (see www.fitbit.com/returns for details)? If so, if multiple restarts don't work then customer support may be your best option:
