Fitbit One issues

My app tells me that I have Firmware that needs to be updated. I attempt to update but the app tells me that I lost connection. I have attempted several times on different days and finally today it began to update then stopped. I have tried to update using wireless and using data but still the same thing.

First thing is I suggest you post this in the app section, and not the one.

but you could try to delete the app and reinstall it.
