Fitbit logging steps on Mac, but not on device. Unable to sync. I really like the Fitbit and have no interest in wearing a watch. 😕

Sometimes it just takes toggling your bluetooth off and on.
Sometimes deleting the app on your phone and reinstalling it helps.
Sometimes restarting your phone helps
Other times you need to do the following...
To restart the Fitbit One:
1. Plug Fitbit into computer
2. Hold down the One button until screen goes black -- (this takes me several times because the stopwatch turns on if I don't hold it down long enough)
3. Open up Fitbit app on phone
4. Push Fitbit One button until you see 6.64 (If you are updated)
This "should" allow the phone and your Fitbit One to reconnect to your phone app

Hummm....my post was a year ago. Finally gave up on Fitbit 😥 Says it's discontinued, but if you go to "Shop Fitbit One" (this site is blocking the url), it shows it still available. Amazon shows it for sale at $420! 🤣
