I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit One for long. I follow all the steps suggested and it sometimes works for a while to then again give me problems.
My question is, is there one other device from the Fitbit family that would NOT give such hard time???

Do you have the dongle plugged in?
If you do move it to a different USB port and see if it helps

Thank you so very much for your input. Highly appreciated. I uninstalled the app in my iphone, installed it again and registered the Fitbit One as if it were new. Suddenly it started working... I'll keep these instructions for next time.
